1. Our Products
Kumaran Network sells and distributes digital design files only. No physical product is shipped. Files are delivered electronically as downloadable links (usually ZIP files).
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments through UPI, net banking and other available payment modes.
- We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on this website.
- We may change prices, bundles and product availability at any time. The price shown at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
- After successful payment, the download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided.
- Please enter a correct email address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect details.
- Download links may have a download limit or expiry period. Please download and save your files promptly.
- If a file is damaged or the link does not work, contact us and we will help you.
4. License and Permitted Use
You may:
- Use the purchased files for your own design work, photo studio work and client projects, including commercial projects.
- Edit and customise the files for your projects.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or re-upload the original or raw files (PSD, ZIP or bundles) on any website, social media group, Telegram/WhatsApp group, marketplace or file-sharing platform.
- Claim the original templates as your own product to sell as a template, bundle or collection.
Breach of this license may result in withdrawal of access and legal action.
5. Fonts and Third-Party Elements
Some templates may use third-party fonts, images or elements that are not included in the download. You are responsible for obtaining the proper license for any font or stock element you use for commercial purposes.
6. Free Files
Files offered for free are provided for use under the same license terms in Section 4. We may remove or convert free files to paid files at any time without notice.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and your download links and account information secure. Do not share your download links with others.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, logos, text and content on this website belong to Kumaran Network unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a file gives you a license to use it as described above. It does not transfer ownership.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Files are provided “as is”. We try to keep them error-free but do not guarantee they will suit every printer, software version or specific purpose.
- Kumaran Network is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our files or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
