Thank you for purchasing digital design assets from Kumaran Network (kumarannetwork.com). Please read this policy carefully before you buy.
1. Nature of Digital Products
We sell digital files only (Photoshop PSD files, templates and graphic resources). They are delivered instantly by download after successful payment. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations after a purchase is completed.
2. Order Cancellation
Once payment is successful and the download link is issued, the order cannot be cancelled. Please check the product details carefully before paying.
3. When We Will Refund or Replace
We will review refund or replacement requests in these cases:
- Corrupted or defective files: The downloaded ZIP/PSD file is corrupt and cannot be opened or extracted, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 24 to 48 hours.
- Duplicate payment: Your account was charged more than once for the same order because of a technical error.
- Payment deducted but no access: Money was debited but you did not receive your download link, and we cannot resolve it.
4. When We Cannot Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the files.
- You purchased the wrong product or bundle.
- The files do not match your software version or personal design expectations.
- You did not have the required fonts, plugins or software to open the file.
5. How to Request Support or a Refund
Email us within 24 hours of the transaction at info@kumarannetwork.com with:
- Your Order ID and the payment receipt/transaction ID
- The email address or mobile number used for the purchase
- A short description of the problem (a screenshot helps)
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments, usually within 5 to 7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails but the money is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within a few working days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction details and we will help you.
